The Tipton Bakery was started by the Hartog family in 1928. The amazing Tipton Bakery Crescent (TM) was introduced and has been a signature item for the last 85 years! People travel from all over for their delicious crescent. We have also shipped them as far as Australia, Afghanistan, and South Korea.
In June 2012, the Meinert family began their tenure as bakery owners. Tiffiny has a degree from Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Baking Management. Stacy helps behind the scenes in any role needed. We are a true family affair, even the kids help out as needed. Our main goal is to try to bring out the history and hospitality of the bakery while expanding our product line.
